“Moose” or “mousse” – probably depends on the region because Wikipedia would define this recipe as a “mousse” (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mousse) but many recipe websites seem to go with “moose”.

Seems to me, it’s one of those French vs English “battles”

That’s what I got from Reiner.

And actually when you search for “chocolate moose” Google returns valid results, so I never questioned it
